Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Digital Marketing projects, including long-term (Always On), campaigns, and Adhoc requests based on client needs
- Analyze and understand client needs to offer appropriate digital marketing solutions
- Work with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Present digital marketing plans and performance reports to clients
- Assist clients in transitioning from offline to online marketing, if required
- Manage the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle projects across various industries, from large corporations to SMEs
- Monitor and adjust work according to client and market needs
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English
- Able to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Can handle pressure and solve problems quickly
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience working with the Optimizer team is an advantage
